Item in inventory not showing up as a completed goal

I created the cement mix and its bot showing up I completed that goal but the cement mix is in my inventory!!

Did you create it before or after you get the goal? Those that you created before you get the goal are not counted.

Fortunately, even though they don't count for that learn to make new materials goal if completed before getting that goal, they will work for the next goal, to actually build her house. :)
