Make sure nothing is blocking your door. If you have the welcome mat in front of it, move it away.

If you put the welcome mat in front of the door, it's blocking door. It's not like a floor tile but a decoration like a table, chair or other decor.
It's an un-welcome mat.

same problem with me....i put welcome mat infront... just removing that will do or have to do anything else also along with it
