New food (strawberry shortbread) not shown

I just hit level 11 and got a message that I could make strawberry shortbread, but it didn't show up in the cookbook. I tried restarting the iPhone and the game, still didn't work. How do I get it or find it? Thanks in advance.

Do you have the oven appliance? there are three appliances, Stove, Oven And Grill.
Strawberry Shortcake Is shown on the oven.
But BBQ chicken is on the grill

it is shown on the 6th tab on 'Design'
