New phone, can Storm ID be transfered?

Is there any way to transfer my storm ID to my new phone, I would absolutely hate to lose all the progress I have made with my dragons, I finally am getting the dragons I need to complete some quests, am making good progress with clearing etc. But when I go to social it only gives me the option to create a new storm ID. Please help and thank you:confused:

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
