connection problem?

OK so I'm playing away on D's and it comes up I've no internet connection.I do but I switch my Wifi on and off even try turning my device off and on same thing so I try and get onto my phone D's with my data and same thing says I'm not online. I must have connection as I musing my tablet to post this please can anyone help?I've also tried my farm story and restaurant story too!
