If you read a post here and want to visit that specific kingdom, how do you do it? I send a neighbor request, but some players in the form make it sound like they visit at will?

They should be neighbours or neighbours of neighbours :)

They're either sending requests, already neighbours or visiting off links from their or other people's walls.
