Mother day stuff is not on list

Version is 1.9.6 (lastest update on google play)
My device is android but newest items on feature list are Outback chest, that koala tree, blue bell flower.

No mother bouquet, mother day fruit, or mom's tree. But I saw some of my neighbors got them.
