Next : expansion permit of chateau ?

I just unlocked my tinker camp (after already making and using one expansion permit). What do you advise i do next - expansion permits for the two plots that need it, or chateau deed ?

Depends what you're after. If you need space then the permits. If you need income or royal points then go for the chateau.

Errr... I don't need either... I have 1.5 million coins, 3500 royal points, and i don't feel i need space (i have lots of empty spots that i fill with trees or occasional rocks). Neither will unlock new goals ?
