Why don't I have some recipes/ovens?

Hi guys I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I started playing a couple of weeks ago and am now on level 31 - addicted obviously! I was browsing other peoples bakeries and found that someone had recipes that I don't, even though I'm on a higher level - the pb chocolate cake and peppermint mocha. Why don't I have them? Also how do i get the rose oven and lucky oven? I can't see them in the appliance section. Are they part of the goals? Thankyou all :)

Some appliances and recipes come out with seasonal goals. Unfortunately once the goals are expired you can't unlock them.

Some players have been playing a long time, but take their time with the game and do not level up fast.
It is possible they were playing when the goals were offered.

Maybe they played when the oven was out and then took a break from the game and came back. On RS I am only level 24 (i think) but I stopped playing a while now, so if I start to play a year from now I will have appliances that new players wont have but I'll be on a low level just like your neighbor.
