Buying Gems

Ever sense yesterday in the google play there was a new update to Fashion i downloaded it now I can't purchase gems It keeps saying my purchase failed. I did e-mail support to see if there's a problem with the new version or something on my end I'm not aware of. I checked with my google wallet etc everything is in place there.

Anyone elese see issues buying gems?

I forgot to add YES I did un install..re install clear chache move to SD card all that jazz DONE re started phone. DONE
