Bakery Story took my gems I just paid for along with item.

I just lost about 20 gems by clicking on the Cookie Jar. It states online there's gifts included with these items. I wanted to see the gift, couldn't see anything so exited out of it. I never clicked anything to approve the purchase. Well, now the Cookie Jar and the gems have disappeared. Can I get them back?

The candy jar is actually a mystery box, which will award you with a random object inside; this item is a floor decoration, which will be in your floor decoration tab (the one that has the picture of the flower pot when you push design in the lower right hand corner). There is NO CONFIRMATION for purchase of these mystery purchases.

It sounds to me like you purchased it, Maybe exited out while it was still processing, because once you tap the icon, you've bought something. Go check your decor and let us know what prize you got.
