Need to transfer account to new device

No ones helped me when I've emailed.
Which was twice.
So what do I do?
Email again or can I do something with a mod here?
I know all my information. My friend HAS my old device.
It logs in to my restaurant when she runs the app.
But I want it on my iPhone.
Halp.
