I just reported this same problem in the Bakery Story Feedback thread, but since I'm having the problem in both games I figured it best to raise the issue in both places.
I'm currently working on full mastery for every recipe for the White Stove. I was trying to raise mastery on the Stew recipe, but it seems to be stuck at the halfway mark on the last level of mastery and won't raise no matter how many times I cook the recipe. This has only started happening very recently as far as I've noticed (like within the last few days).
I have and Android, firmware version 2.3.6. I have game version 1.5.5.7.
