help with goals

Is there a level that you unlock goals? I am level 3 now and cont find where to do the goals.

Keep going. They'll show up. I thought maybe I wasn't getting them, and then they arrived somewhere around level 12 or 13, I think.

Hey!

You get them sooner than level 18, cause I'm level 16 and receive them. So I think around level 12 would be a safe bet.
However, the goals are designed to be challenging even if you are a high level.
So they are impossible to reach if you are still at a low level. The things you need to purchase are so expensive that you can't make enough coins in the time frame given.

They have to try to create a balance between the new players and the 99'ers, and there's no way to satisfy both at once with any one goal set, so they kinda alternate. The spring goals were uber-expensive, with a 100k purchase requirement, but if I remember correctly, the set before that was easy peasy. I was around level 20ish at that time I think. Maybe a little higher. I dunno though, it's been a while, someone will call my **** if I'm lying to you. >.<
