Design

When customers are in my restaurant and I hit 'design' and they are all gone when i finish changing something....did i loose all the food and money the food they were 'eating'?????? or did I still benefit from them visiting?

If they sat down and started eating, you get the $ (check your total wwhen you hit Design!) If they were walking to the table, it cuts them off before they can spend money.
