This may be a repost, but I have noticed a new challenge of adding a frat house. This sounds like a sound bet, but maybe adding a college or university could be a good thing as a community building. It makes no sense to have a frat house in a city with no adjoining college or university. Just wondering if this will be added. It does not have to be a high level add, maybe something close to the add of the elementary school.
