Level 49 is stuck

When I am trying to open Level 49, a big announcement "Challenges" prevents me from opening the level. Whatever I try I can not get rid of the announcement. What to do?

Are you referring to the regular Challenges box that appears at the bottom of the game or a large pop-up? Can you provide a screen shot of what you are seeing? There should be an "X" to close out any large pop-ups. Does the game not recognize your taps to close the pop-up? You should try force-closing and restarting the app to see if this resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, you can also try deleting and re-installing the app.
