What to do when entire history vanished?

Ive been playing castle story for many months now and I went to play tonight and my entire kingdom has vanished, all of my history is gone!!!! Its acting as if I just downloaded the app and is starting from scratch... All of my buildings gone, all of my fields gone, all of my royal buildings gone! Why has this happened? Is there a way to fix this? I've put in a few dollars here and there from gift cards to grow the kingdom. I'm still angry right now. Help?

If have gotten a new device, you will need to transfer your games over.

If you are on the same device, and currently have sent in an email to support for any issues on your games, they could be currently working with your games.. Try restarting your device.
