TL displays in the language set on your device.

You need to change the language on your device to English.

Go Settings >> General >> International >> Language, then select whichever language you prefer.

Note: Be sure you don't accidentally change to something you cannot understand. You may have a hard time trying to navigate back to the Language menu.
