Swapping and gifting coins and gems

There are not enough gift options. I want to help someone out by GIFTING coins or gems but I can't. We could earn rating points for that. Alternatively if we have TWO BAKERIES running, one on iPhone and one on iPad we can send coins and gems to the other bakery to invest in design and expansion if one bakery is doing better than the other.
