You guys close threads before any members can answer in their own opinion. What's up with that?

Are we going to have our problems resolved? I emailed as you suggested regarding my loss of cash money in gems and haven't received a resolution. What the heck? All the issues are the same, what is being done to this game I've foolishly spent more than $400 on????
