when i finish a level and it says refresh my "lives" as an award, if I already have 5, I get nothing, if I have 4 I get 1.

Also, when I finished the ice level 50 (i think), it said I won 30 gold bars, then it said game reset and I never received the 30 gold bars.

The first part is as intended. You cannot have more than 5 energy in the game.

Regarding your second issue, was this pertaining to a particular goal? Can you specify which goal you completed in order to receive this reward? Thanks!
