promlem with jems

hey i don't know which post thing to go on so i picked this one im currently playing fashion story and have been saving my gems to expand i had 32 gems one day then only 16 the next i have not used them to get items early or anything i hope you can help and hopefully i can get a refund some how i worked really hard to get those gems
