I am lvl 11 and stuck on the goal "Cat Matters (1)" I have brought the required items but the goal wont finish or give me the reward.. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Please double check to ensure that you've completed the requirements of the goal. The tasks are: Have 1 Cat Section sign, Have 1 Scratching Post, Ask for 2 Balls of Yarn.
