I think no? I'm not 100% sure but since I played this game, I don't think I saw the TL release the old goals.

I wish they would, I feel like I'm being penalized just for not knowing the game existed in time. :(

It's a price we have to live with. I'm playing for about a year and a half now, but I also wish I started earlier because of the rare items haha. I know what situation you are going through hihi.
