Please allow the exchange of coins to get gems. You allow gems to be turned into coins, but why not the other way around?

(I couldn't find an appropriate thread to post this, so I will post it here...) how come it says things like download farmstory app and get three gems free!' but I've installed apps yet I never receive any gems...
