newbe question

Quest "this Old spire" I hit gather materials and i have all the mats, says Completed under each one. and build is shadowed out and i can not click it. I have seen this a couple times. i cant see it being to low of a level because why would they give me the quest to do it

If you're seeing a small number of coins it's a display issue. Force close your game (so it's completely shut and not running in the background). Then restart the game. You should see the correct items.
