My rating is 100 and I have 70 seats. How can I get more customers in my restaurant?

If you're at 100, that's the maximum you can have I think.

You know what's weird?

I was tipping my neighbor and I was just admiring her new set up when I realized that only a few customers were coming in her restaurant...so I waited to see how many would come in and 6 came in at once. After those six were gone, another six came in. I thought something was wrong with her set up or something so I just headed home. Well, same thing is happening to me. Anyone know what's going on???
