my gems disappeared

Hi guys! I entered my store today and all my gems disappeared =/ I don't know what happened. I had 49gems... What can I do? Has it happened to you?

Check to see if you have another order slot. Many people accidentally buy one for 49 gems.

If you don't have an extra slot, you can email support@teamlava.com. They can tell you how you spent the gems, but they won't refund them.

I can't believe that... I didn't buy anything.... When I left the store yesterday I had the Gems and this morning they were gone =( but thanks x =)

Maybe it is out of sync? Check ur slots like nmishii said cause.....bam! You might acditenly bought it. Theres no cofirm button. Or restart ur device
