I really want to play this game with my friend, but it suddenly stops saying "the process stopped unexpectedly"

Have you tried restarting your device and then coming back into the game?

Every time I play this game that message appears.

and when I play Farm story, same thing happens.

What can I do?

the exact model name is IM-A690L, company name is SKY, and I'm Korean^^
