Parts needed for windmill

Over the past 3 days I have been trying to get together 6 royal blocks and 8 royal beams. Looked today and it had changed to only needing the 6 blocks and collection of 8 coins. It has now changed twice tonight. Anyone else notice this?

This is a display issue. Force close your game and restart it to see the requirements. Anything with a small number of coins is actually meant to be something else.
