missing avatar

My avatar went missing 2 days ago. Have tried everything including reinstallation. Nothing is bringing it back and IM also not receiving any customers in my restaurant. I have an android and my restaurant is 1.5.5.4 i think. If you could help...I'd appreciate it. IM going to give it a couple more days before i give up.

This is usually because you have an object blocking the doorway. To resolve this, enter design mode and make sure to move any obstructions away from the door (as well as the cashier's podium).
