Visiting neighbors

I just started playing the game a few days ago and have visited many restaurants in the community and now have a few neighbors as well. Is there an easier way to go from restaurant to restaurant without having to go back to the Main menu and go into the social area?

The little phone icon in the top right corner goes straight to Social. :)

Try reinstalling, if that doesn't work, post back and a mod will come along and tell you what to try next. :)
