"Favor"

I completed a Feed the Baron, nothing appeared to drop, I clicked around where something should have dropped and I got a "+1 Favor" It went by quick so Im not 100% sure that is what it said but Im pretty sure. Doesnt show in my inventory so Im wondering if anyone has seen this?
