Blue clouds and lightning?

I just collected from my kitchens and workshops and all of a sudden my kitchens were engulfed in a big blue cloud with lightning shooting out of it. Has anyone seen this? I'm level 28 and have never noticed it before, but i dont always watch while collecting :)

It happened again just now and I was able to get a screenshot this time. Big purple and blue clouds billow around my kitchens and workshops. I caught the pic with the clouds at the bottom, but then they eclipse the buildings and lightning shoots out of them.

That... Is... Awesome. Wouldn't it be neat if that was meant to happen as some kind of signal that a bonus was coming your way? Or a dragon? Lol.
