Storm Dragon did not appear in nest after claiming from album

First my fireworks dragon was unable to even be correctly purchased because iTunes glitched on the gold purchase, and now, after claiming my Storm Dragon, it doesn't even appear in the nest, and the album won't let me claim it again. :( Please help!

Check your Storage for the Storm Dragon. If you don't have an empty nest, your egg will be stored.

This has happened to me on my alternative account. I sent a message to support but It never got father than that... I don't have a storm which my ruin my collection...
Also, what else can we do to get it back?

I meant: might ruin my collection
I took it out my nest and then after that I tried to place it in a available habitat. It was supposed to go on the habitat but it just disappeared...
