I can't accept gold when it is gifted...help

Are you talking about the message log that says [Accept] or [Gift Back]? If so, you are unable to select the Accept button because the Gold that was gifted should have been added to your account already. You can select the option to Gift Back if you want, but Accept can't be selected since the Gold will automatically be added to your total balance.
