How do I design a second home?

Hello! I am fairly new to my iPad. I would like to start a second home, but am not sure how to go about it. When I click on Design Story I am automatically signed and am in my current home. I tried to download it again to start fresh on a second house, but it just said Open, not Download, and brought me to my home I have designed. Any help is appreciated! Ty!

You can't design a second home on one iPad. However, if you buy another iPad, you can.

Actually, you can, that is, if you store everything from your first home, even all the rooms.

That's still one home. It just means you're remodeling.
