Interesting drop from kitchen

I went to collect my flour and got a royal block from my kitchen. I looked at it closely to make sure I wasn't hallucinating or something but there is nothing close to it I could have hit by mistake

Did you maybe have one of the baron's feast items crafting? Where you use something like bacon, chops, and truffles and he gives you a random item in return?

I've done that a few times. So confusing. I almost wish it would remind you that you were doing the baron rather than food.

Pretty sure it was flour unless I hit the Baron by mistake
