No Gems received from Golden Exchange!

I did the Golden Exchange overnight and did not receive my 10 gems. Just wanted to warn everyone else to not perform this trade! I did report the incident to TeamLava.

I did this one yesterday and I did get my 5 gems. I will have to check when my trade is finished, but I believe the reward is only 5 gems, not 10.
Did you try restarting your device?

I did just check the Trade list and the Golden Exchange reward is 5 gems.
(It takes 10 hours).

Sorry, I hadn't had my coffee yet. It is supposed to be 5 gems, however I received 0 gems. Restarting my device did not fix the problem. I'm tired of getting ripped off by this game.

I did several times and got 5 gems without a problem. But then I lost 20 gems because I tried to **** a troll which stood right under the gem purchase icon and accidentally clicked the gem/energy trade. All I got is 10 energy after 4 10hr trades. Sad.
