Q about "Excalibur" and "Queens Keep"

Question 1:
I have an expansion that requires the sword excalibur. How do I get the sword?

Question 2:
I bought a kings keep, and now I can't get a queens keep. Is there anything I can do to get a queen's keep now? I wanted the queens keep more, but I was under the impression I could get both so I got the more show-y building first. <_>;;

For now, you can only have one...either King's Keep or Queen's Keep. If you sell the King's Keep then they will both be available to you. At that point, you can build the Queen's Keep.

I'm sorry, it's been a while since I did that expansion so I don't readily remember. If I can find it on the Maguar's guide, then I'll come back and post if no one else has responded.

As for the keep , you can only have 1
