Game Version Differences

I'm still playing the Valentine's edition of Dragon Story on my iphone. Does it matter which version I should I be playing the original version?

Yeah, the original is the one to play on iOS, for android it's Easter version.

The original is more up to date. I remember when boosted breed and the wheel first came out and I didn't have it but then I realized I was still playing the valentines version and switched back.
