Hi there, just a question. How does it work that I have items like screws, metal sheets etc in my gifts but I cant use them to build a deep fryer? Why do they stay there and I have to keep asking friends/neighbors to send them to me? ! more question. My phone is on pre-paid, can I still buy gems? and will it come off my credit?

The items you need will be added to your appliance, but if you don't have enough, then you still need to ask your neighbours for more. If that isn't happening, then I would suggest a restart/reinstall of your game. (If you reinstall, you won't lose your game completely as it is saved on TL servers).

As for the gems, you need to pay for them with the credit in your iTunes account or from a Credit Card in the Play Store. It doesn't come from your mobile pre-paid credit.

Thank you. I don't have an iphone, just android so I guess I'll just have to earn gems the hard way!
