Magic alicorn

I'm trying to get the wing since 3 weeks. But with every court expedition I try it won't happen.

Is there a way to get the wing quick WITHOUT BUYING GEMS?
I tried the caves 7 times, the love expedition 8 times and the other two expedition each 3 times.

I'm really getting frustrated because I tried every expedition.
I'm feeling like bad luck brian :(
