Can't See Pics

For the last couple of months I have not been able to see many of the pics posted, only little blue boxes. Does anyone know why and also how to fix it?

I can see them all. I'm on ipad2. Also, have photobucket as the app for posting pics so don't know if that makes a difference or not.
