Windmill Bug?

Anyone else have this problem? I bought the windmill and have crafted the necessary "ingredients". When I tap the floating icon above the windmill, it will not allow me to build it. The build button is faded out. I have deleted the app, rebooted my iPad, and then reinstalled the app. Still same issue.
Help?

On the normal version you'll sometimes see coins instead if the real materials. Please make sure your playing on the valentine version to see the real materials.
