My new update crashed please help

I can't remove the update without removing the app if I delete pet shop story and reinstall will I lose everything in my shop. I don't want to start over again can't afford that I'm on level 26

Sweetstuff is correct. Your games are saved on Team Lava's servers under your storm ID. If you delete a game, when you redownload it to the same device, all you progress will still be there.
