1) How long does it take to get from Level 92- Level 99?

2) let's say I bought a sushi counter but had half the parts needed maybe 10 gears for example, if I sold the sushi counter before building it, would I lose the 10 gears that were already finished or would I get to keep them?

2) You would get to keep the parts. It doesn't use the parts until the constructable is built.

you may even request the parts and then sell the box)) so it wouldn't occupy an appliance slot. and then build immediately. but it costs coins.
