Hi
I just brought 250 gems & thereafter I went & did a bit of replacing of building & accidentally store the library. Naturally, I headed to my inventory & place it back up. Thereafter, I saw my gems went down to 192.
Anyone here can help me but its did not cost any gems to build one?!
