It's part of the Easter dragon goal (kinda like the valentines cards when cupid was released). You have to download the Easter edition of Dragon Story to get the goal and access to the Easter Dragon. But you can still respond to these requests on any version of DS.

I wasnt aware of an Easter edition and it popped up on regular ds

So does it matter what edition you play or all they all linked? Should I download all of them?

The original dragon story is the most current. If you are playing on android, you will need to download the new easter edition.
